About Me

I am a psychological therapist based in Greenwich, London, working with adolescents and adults navigating neurodivergence, performance pressure, relational complexity, identity challenges, and emotionally demanding environments.

My work combines psychological depth, emotional precision, and practical structure.

Approaches I draw from:

* CBT

* ACT

* DBT

* attachment-informed and trauma-informed work

I also support:

• parents navigating complex school, SEND, or EHCP systems

• neurodivergent teenagers and adults experiencing overwhelm, shutdown, masking, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or pressure to perform

• professionals, leaders, and high-responsibility individuals navigating chronic stress, burnout, pressure, or identity strain

• athletes and performance-focused individuals navigating confidence, identity, injury recovery, pressure, or emotional regulation

How I work

My approach blends deep empathy with clear therapeutic structure. I do not just hold space, I help you move through complexity with greater clarity, awareness, and psychological resilience.

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. Sessions are adapted to your pace, needs, and capacity, while still providing direction, honesty, and meaningful psychological work.

Sessions are available online and face-to-face in Greenwich, London.
